Booking Tickets
To book tickets, use our online booking service anytime 24/7. Alternatively, visit Plymouth Arenas’ Box Office 60 minutes before any show.

Fees
Ticket fees are applied by Ticketek, our ticketing partner, and Plymouth Arena to cover the operational costs associated with delivering your tickets and maintaining the venue. As the venue, we sell tickets on behalf of the event promoter. The ticket face value goes directly to the promoter.
Booking Fee
Typically a minimum of 14% of the ticket price. A £1.65 transaction charge will also be applied to all new shows going on sale after 1st March 2026.
Service Fee
Covers the costs of running our Box Office, staff and ticketing software. It helps us provide a smooth booking experience. These fees will not apply to any new shows going on sale after 1st March 2026.
Facility Fee
Helps maintain and develop Plymouth Arena. This ensures we continue to host world-class shows and events.
